As you can tell from that length of time from the last blog post... I've been busy. Busy filling my face and gaining a shit ton of weight... From October 2011 to April 2012 I gained almost 40 lbs. The picture of the left was taken in April 2012 and I was tipping the scales at almost 290 lbs. Since then I have worked really hard and currently weight 245lbs. This has been a lot of work but its been worth it in the end... and I know that I am far from done... just far more motivated... :)

My friends at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans are going to have another challenge starting on the 1st of the year and you can bet that I'm going to be part of it :)

GOOOOOOD MORRRRRNNNNNING!!!!

Yep it is a good morning for me :) I stepped on this scale this morning and while still less than impressed by what the numbers said -(- what?!? I wanted to wake up and magically weigh 130lbs-)- I was shocked to see what I did see.... see for yourself:

You will notice that I lost 6 FREAKING POUNDS !!!!! Granted I know that 80% of that is strictly because I ramped up my water intake and started watching what I <strike>shovel into my face </strike>portions and quality of food.

In addition to that I was able to log 400 exercise minutes this week... I was stoked!!! In addition to that I was able to shave roughly 5 minutes off my time of walking around a local golf course track (twice) when I did it the first day it took me 85 minutes and when I did it the other day it took me 80.... :) Pretty exciting if you ask me :)

Here is to another great week for EVERYONE!!!Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-16509532451576507272011-09-28T07:19:00.000-07:002011-09-28T07:19:20.480-07:00SHRINKVIVOR Challenge, Week One
Today starts the latest challenge over at the Sisterhood. I have been blessed with a wonderful team of ladies who will be helping me on this journey and we are known as Tribe ORANGE this works for me since orange is one of my favorite colors. I am struggling with saying out loud just how much I weigh so I'll just put the picture up I took... upside I was glad to see that my picture of my scale includes a date.

Here's to an awesome week for everyone!!! I'll post my goals for the week later...Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-88405955868242252552011-09-17T17:29:00.000-07:002011-09-17T17:29:02.817-07:00I'm Running the 'Hood 2011 .... are you?

Yep... you read that right :) I'm registered for the 10/22/11 10K walk with the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans... and I let's face it.. I'm scared shitless!!!

I for one am grateful that it keeps calling me back, otherwise I'd be REALLY screwed!!!

I've been stepping on the scale for the most recent challenge over at the Sisterhood, but not trying (sorry team mates) and lets face it my life has been CRAZY busy. I started a new job and life was hectic before I started that.... excuses aside.. I need to get back on the wagon for realz.

My weight this week is 254.8lbs which is kind of discouraging, but I know that I've been there before and that I can make the number disappear.

Here are my personal goals for the week:

Drink my water

Stay on target with my Weight Watchers Points

Journal the food that I am eating

Start the couch to 5K program and sign up for Run the Hood '11 with Shrinking Jeans

Blog a couple times a week about how I'm doing

Good luck everyone!!! Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-25080493290259621842011-04-13T12:27:00.000-07:002011-05-04T10:36:14.315-07:00WTF?!?!

yep... that's what I said when I stepped on the scale today. How in the heck does a person gain 9.3 pounds in a day!!!! Yep that's right, you read that properly... Yesterday when I stepped on the scale for my other weight loss challenge the scale read 239.5 and I was totally excited since that was 5.9 lbs down from my previous week's weigh... I was so happy to not only say good by to the 250's during this challenge but also the 240's and now to learn today that it was all for nothing...

Honestly though this puts me at a 3.4 lb gain from last week's Shrinking Jeans weigh in, but I am more confused about that 9.3 lbs in a day... I am hoping that maybe it has something to do with weighing at a different time, after 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) and consuming 70+ ozs of water for the day... but still I was feeling so good about this.

Even though this is the last weigh in for this current challenge at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans, I am hoping to continue on with this journey... and even more I am hoping that my dear friend Mae will continue on the journey with me as well...

Here are my goals for this coming week:
Walk outside at least 3 times -- weather is getting nice again
Follow my diet ... NO CHEATING
Journal all my food eating
Drink my water
Take time for me.

Happy Shrinking Everyone!!!Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-61953094424265820122011-04-06T12:06:00.000-07:002011-05-04T10:36:14.316-07:00YES!!!

This week has gone really well for me and it showed on the scale... I was so excited to see a big change in the scale for once. It is amazing what the numbers do when you actually follow the goals that you have set for yourself :) This new weight has me down 3.2 lbs for this week :)

I wasn't able to get as much exercise in this week as I would have liked, but I got some. But I think the BIG thing was watching my diet as closely as I have been. I have been staying firmly within my points allowance even with the indulgences of a few beers/drinks etc.
Here are my goals and a recap of whether I did them or not from last week:

follow my diet. This means reporting EVERY SINGLE THING that goes into my mouth.

stay within point range, and not use any "activity" points that I earn

drink my water

at least 30 minutes of cardio 3 times this week - didn't get it in :(

Try to attend Muscle work class at the Y at least once this coming week. - this either

get 5 servings of fruits/vegetables

Drink my water

take some time to reflect on my life and try to stay positive

Did I mention drinking my water?

not bad if I do say so myself. I could have done better but honestly with the way my 'emotions' have been lately I could have done a whole hell of a lot worse too, but I am trying to stay positive about it.

This week my goals are similar as to what they were last week, in fact my weight loss/health goals are the same, but I am adding the goal of focusing more on school and less on 'social'. So here are my goals for this coming week:

Here are my goals for the week:

drink my water

follow my diet. Its frustrating... but I need this kick in the pants to remotivate myself.

I was getting excited that spring was coming... I was looking forward to getting to go for my walks outside and enjoying that 'me' time that I only can fully get in the spring/summer. Its easy to convince my family to 'let' me go do these walks because I take the dogs with me and just walk, jog, run... whatever I want to do at the moment.

Not to make excuses, but I had a feeling that the scale wasn't going to show the 'best' numbers this week strictly because of the amount of salt I have been craving (and indulging in) and the number of zits on my face strictly could almost promise a small gain. Hopefully since part of the gain is strictly because I am a girl it will come off easy this week with some refocusing and real determination.

Here are my goals for the week:

drink my water

follow my diet. This means reporting EVERY SINGLE THING that goes into my mouth.

stay within point range, and not use any "activity" points that I earn

drink my water

at least 30 minutes of cardio 3 times this week

Try to attend Muscle work class at the Y at least once this coming week.

get 5 servings of fruits/vegetables

Drink my water

take some time to reflect on my life and try to stay positive

Did I mention drinking my water?

Here is to a better week for everyone participating in this current challengeKristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-42610935551922871212011-03-09T07:24:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:36:14.317-07:00SUCCESS...

This is what I saw when I looked down on the scale this morning... this number puts me at a 2.2 lbs loss for the week. I wish I could say that I 'rocked' this week.. because I didn't. Wednesday I did ok on my eating... although I did have 2 pieces of taco pizza at darts (DAMN YOU SHAWN!!!!) and more beer than I should have, but Thursday I did really good.. and then came Friday... again not to so good choices... Indian Tacos (DAMN YOU MAE) and more beer... but come Saturday I knew I needed to kick it up... I could FEEL tha I gained weight which lead me to stepping on the scale Sunday morning... it actually read 257.2. I flipped out. How does someone gain 5 lbs in 4 days.... hmm let me think, salt, salt, salt. So while I was drinking my water (150 ozs/day) I am fairly certainly I was holding onto pretty much all of it... So I got my head out of my butt and into the game and I ended up with a 2.2 lb loss for the week... I'll take it.

I do with I had this scale reading today rather than yesterday thought...you see Tuesdays is weigh in day for my Biggest Loser challenge... and on that challenge I had to report a gain still... yesterday my weight was 254.2, which was a 2 lb gain... But I'm not gonna beat myself anymore about it. I will just show a 'bigger' loss next week.

This week's goals are the same:
Follow diet, VEGGIES BABY
Drink my water
Stay out of the "poor mes'... I'm beginning to believe that it's OTHER people who suck at life and not me.
Exercise
and one for added fun (more of a mental challenge).... try to be positive.

Good luck everyone!!!
KristinKristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com4tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-60251579916302403552011-03-02T17:19:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:36:14.318-07:00We GOT THIS!!!When I found out about the newest challenge at Shrinking Jeans, I knew I wanted to find a partner who was local. This by no means that I didn't love my challenges that had my paired with folks who were across the country... but I KNEW I needed someone who saw me on a frequent basis and who saw the shit I put in my mouth and who knew that my ass wasn't going to the gym or exercising.

I'm not a stranger to shrinking jeans, but like my partner in crime I am going to give a little background on myself. I am a 30 year old *** EEEEEEKKKKK*** stay at home mom to four amazing kiddos. My battle with my weight began far before I had children. When I was 15 I was diagnosed with leukemia... and while I was 'chubby' before I started my treatment it was probably a good thing as I dropped 70 pounds *I was 205* in a little over 2 months... NOT the best diet plan. My body couldn't take any nutrients if it tried... long story short KICKED CANCER'S ASS, and then got back to life. Well when I got back to life I quickly shot up to over 200 lbs because my body didn't know what to do with food after months of being on liquid iv nurients. Fast forward to struggling with infertility, multiple miscarriages, and 4 kids later (I'm not as awesome as Mae... I only have one set of twins)... here I am. I have had a fairly emotional last few years and I am very much an emotional eater ... and that needs to stop.

So for today's weigh in my weight is 252 lbs. I know that with my own determination and that help of my amazing partner we are going to do some serious 'damage' to the fat cells that have attached themselves to our... ummm lives.

My goals for this week are:
DRINK LOTS OF WATER
follow my Weight Watcher PointsPlus Plan... and remember that veggies are FREE BABY!!!
Exercise
get my head out of the 'poor mes' and start telling myself that I do not suck at life... Happy is Healthy right?

Good luck to all my fellow challengers...Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-32352058252019666142011-02-28T07:55:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:36:14.318-07:00WelcomeWelcome to the nut house!!

In the fall of 2007 two women met. They met through a common bond... they were moms, and not just 'any' moms but moms who have twins and in one of the mom's cases two sets of twins. Both of these mom had four children (well at the time one mom was pregnant with #4) and were busy ladies.

Over time these two moms have gotten closer and have decided that they are going to band together for the latest challenge at The Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans which has been named "Spring in 2 Action". They don't have a lot of details for the challenge yet, but they do know that it starts on Wednesday, March 2nd.

Thankfully Kristin and Mae are both committed to this challenge and to helping each other on this journey to lose the pounds.

Hope to see you there!

-KristinKristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-7655351258079436712011-01-10T11:21:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.900-07:00HOLY @#$%I was sitting at the computer doing some menu planning and updating my Weight Watchers e-Tools for this mornings food journal etc and I thought its been a while since I calculated my BMI. So I did it... bad idea. Well not really it was a good idea in that it told me something I needed to hear but it was a bad idea because it told me what I didn't want to hear.

The BMI break down as such:

BMI under 18.5 is underweight
BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 are considered at a normal weight
BMI between 25 and 29.9 are considered to be over weight
BMI between 30 and 39.9 are considered to be obese
and anything over is morbidly obese...

would you like to know what mine was??? 44.63 that means that not only am I overweight... not only am I obese but I am actually morbidly obese.... Just what you want to hear on a Monday right???

But actually it is exactly what I needed to hear... it is just one more thing that I am going to use as motivation to get myself healthy.Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-7762146515184940032011-01-10T07:12:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.900-07:00Power of One Project #1My amazing friends over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans issued the Monthly Project last week and while I wrote my letter I forgot to post it. We were 'assigned' to write a letter to our future self. This latest challenge is all about YOU... or in this case ME :) Even though the challenge began last week they certainly wouldn't turn you away if you still wanted to join in... so if you do please just pop on over to www.shrinkingjeans.net and sign up... when it comes to weight loss buddies... more is definately merrier :)

This week was kind of a challenge for me. I committed to drinking an <strike>assload </strike>alot of water and am proud to say that I accomplished the amount that I had set out for myself 4 out of the 7 days in the last week. I did cook 6 out of 7 nights for my family... BUT one of those nights it was pizza... and they were frozen... BUT I did whip up a salad and some fresh veggies for them to eat to go with it. Laslt night we had dreaded 'drive thru' and while I purposely points so I could have the french fries and gravy I didn't take into consideration the amount of salt that is put onto the french fries.

In the exercise department I haven't done as well as I would have liked. I've got some sick kids in my house as of right now, and as any mom knows when they are sick they want their mommies, so that hasn't really given me the time to hit the gym. I have however walked up and down my stairs for no reason other than exercise over 150 times in the past 7 days... I did not count the times that I was doing laundry or grabbing something out of the freezer etc so I think I did ok.

Friday night/Saturday was bad... nuff said. I can tell you that I didn't make poor food choices... I did however make very bad beverage choices...and too many of those choices.

So here is this week's update. The scale this morning said 253 lbs on the dot. I was disappointed. In fact I even twittered and Facebooked about the fact that I had gained....but when I went to WeightWatchers.com to enter my weight into my awesome online tools I saw that last week my weight was 254.2, so even with some bad choices I still managed to lose 1.2 lbs this week... I'll take it.

That certainly does not mean that I have a 'freedom' card to just eat whatever the hell I want and not exercise for real... no way in heck! I want to get healthy... I have a major goal I want to accomplish in 2011 (more on that later) and NOTHING is going to stand in my way of accomplishing it this time... NOTHING.

Good luck to all my fellow weight loss friends, may this week be a successful one for you...Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-62205460386985349602010-12-30T14:15:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.900-07:00Are you "Faking" it???First off get your mind out of the gutter!!! This isn't THAT kind of blog :)

The post over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans today is all about faking it... Faking the exercise that is. Or making excuses... you really should stop off at the Sisterhood and check out the amazing support that they have to offer us all.

I can admit... I fake it. I make these amazing plans to exercise, I even have a gym membership that we pay for every month on a very limited budget....and yet I still don't do it.

I was doing really well for awhile...until something happened at the childcare center at the gym and now my 3 yr old won't even go near the place... so finding time to exercise at the gym has gotten more difficult strictly because of that...and try convincing your husband that you want the tv so you can do your fitness stuff ( I mean seriously... I have plenty... I have the Wii Fit, The EA Active and EA Active 2,) when all he wants to do is watch his tv and relax after a busy day at work... and don't you dare even think of trying to convince him to do it with you... that would just be asking for a fight.

I fake it.... but not anymore. Starting <strike>tomorrow </strike>today I will really do it...even if it is just walking up and down the stairs of my house... I WILL DO IT... I'm also going to be on the look out for a treadmill or eliptical machine for the basement...

Happy Thursday everyone!!!

Update on my personal goals:
Did really well with eating yesterday and my water consumption wasn't what I set it for but I did accomplish 1/2... and I am already past that for today :)Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-74670400310752083802010-12-29T07:04:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.901-07:00The Power of One- Starting Day

Today is the beginning of the latest challenge that has been issued by my amazing (and supportive) friends over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans. This challenge is different the past few challenges as it is all about me...or in your case YOU. There will be no teams and it is strictly all on me on how well I do during this challenge.

I know that when the Sisterhood started up with all the 'teams' stuff I was <strike>kind of a whiney bitch about it </strike>leery of having to pull my weight and the weigh of a team... but then I turned into that person that probably no one wanted on their team. I was trying... just not very hard and not enough to make myself feel happy. I mean I watched what I ate <strike>as it went into my mouth</strike> and exercised <strike>barely and not really at a good level to even call it exercise </strike>but this time it is all on me. That certainly doesn't mean that I won't still have my amazing friends here to support me... I mean these gals (and guys) are amazing! They really do care about me and my fat ass... they want me to get healthy...they want me to succeed and be at a healthy weight for my children, my family but most importantly they want me to get healthy for ME.

As moms and wives, we tend to not put ourselves first. We tend to spend so much time taking care of everyone else and making certain that everyone's needs are met that we forget about ourselves... heck even the dog has been to the vet twice this year for her check ups and I still haven't gone... so that is what makes this challenge a bit more special for me... its all about me. So here is where I put pictures of my fat butt online (again) along with my measurements and weight and promptly say good bye because those numbers need to leave the building...forever.

Starting Weight for Challenge: 254.2 lbs
Starting Measurements: I measured on my right side
Arm: 14 inches
Chest: 52 1/2 inches
Waist: 50 inches
Hips: 56 inches
Thigh: 27 inches

The challenge for today (the starting day of the challenge... it goes through Feb 23rd) was to STATE YOUR HEALTHY LIVING GOALS for this challenge and the New Year. No, we’re not calling them resolutions, because that is so last week. We are calling them goals, because goals are awesome. You can make mini-goals, short-term goals, long-term goals, or just plain goals. They can focus on anything from pounds you want to lose to races you want to compete in. However you want to do it, just make sure you get it done, okay?!

So here is my list of HEALTHY LIVING GOALS:

lose at least 13 pounds. Why 13 pounds? Because that is 5% loss goal for weight watchers

exercise at least twice (hopefully 3 ) a week

drink my water.... 8 glasses... EXCEPT I am using my new Tupperware BPA Free 26 ozs water bottle as my 'glass'... so that means 208 ozs of water each day.-- so if you call me and I don't answer... I'm probably going pee... AGAIN.

cook a healthy dinner every night to include a healthy balance of protein, carbs, vegs etc.

in addition to cooking healthy meals... watch portion sizes. 3ozs = size of a deck of cards etc

eat to live and not live to eat

I think these are reasonable goals...and honestly if my local girls see me not at least attempting to follow through with these... please kick my ass... a good ole ass kicking may very well be exactly what I need to get my fat ass in gear.

Happy Shrinking Ladies (and gentlemen) and don't forget it isn't too late to join the challenge... please do so because when it comes to friends who are going through the weight loss process with you... more really is merrier.Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-69906101124607272142010-12-22T09:22:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:38:36.045-07:00All I Really Want For Christmas Music VideoKristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-91462272092012916082010-12-20T21:01:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.901-07:00New Challenge Coming upThe Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans has a new challenge that will begin on December 29th, and I am really excited about it. The past few challenges have been 'team' challenges at the Sisterhood and this latest challenge will be us on our own.... we of course will still have the amazing support of our awesome friends at the Sisterhood, but it will be all on us personally to do it.

The new Challenge is going to be called the "Power of One". You can sign up for the new challenge already all you have to do is pop on over to the Sisterhood and sign up with their simple and easy form. You KNOW you want to :)

Here is a direct link to the upcoming challenge:
http://shrinkingjeans.net/2010/12/announcementpower-of-one-challenge

Hope to see you there :)Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-76782641021516783712010-12-20T07:58:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.902-07:00HELP!!! I am fat and its Christmas!!!Christmas is less than a week away and I don't know about you guys but in my family this week is all about Christmas goodies and food and family *insert eyeroll here*.

Even though I am a member of a family with 75% of us overweight the bad choices still are rampant in my family. I have try each year to bring 'healthy' options to our family potluck but I am often met with eye rolls and comments about "that's not good stuff".

Well this year I am not letting others affect the choices of myself or my children. That does not mean that I am going to be the 'cookie nazi' and not let my children have sweets or goodies etc but I can make sure that they have healthy breakfasts before we go to our potlucks and I can also help them make healthy choices at our meals as well.

I was just wondering how others are going to be battling all the unhealthy choices this week? I know that I am going to snack on healthy foods before I go to the pot luck, I will also be bring healthy choices as our contribution to the meal. I am planning on drinking ALOT of water rather than the beverages that I know will be served, and I am hoping to get in a little bit of exercise as well.

Good luck everyone!!!Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-70490370482826136992010-12-15T09:55:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.902-07:00Holiday Hoedown Check-in: Week 4

Today is Wednesday, which means it's weigh in day for the weekly challenge and for myself. WEIGH IN DAY!!!! :)

Today is the week 3 weigh in for the latest challenge over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans. My weight today was 250 lbs straight up. So far I have lost 2.2lbs for the challenge and that is ok... I don't have time to do a bit post (I'll do it later today)... but I wanted to report my weight for this week so that I don't forget it. 252.2 lbs. I am up .6 from last week.Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-23074482425902786052010-11-10T08:05:00.000-08:002011-05-04T10:37:52.903-07:00Weigh in WednesdayWhile there is technically no challenge currently going on at the Sisterhood, I wanted to still keep on track with my weigh ins etc. This week my weight is 251.6, that means that I have lost one pound since last week at this time, and honestly... I'll take it :) Its not much but I haven't had any exercise at all so I will definately take it.

I heard a 'rumor' that a new challenge will be starting over at the sisterhood next week, so pop in and check it out.Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4114602448320350435.post-41803550455552768142010-11-03T06:00:00.000-07:002011-05-04T10:37:52.903-07:00Weekly Shrinking Jeans Check-In and FINAL shrinkvivor

Today is the final weigh in for the Shrinkvivor challenge over at the Sisterhood of the Shrinking Jeans. The winners of both the Entire Challenge as well as the exile island will be announced tomorrow, but in my book... WE ARE ALL WINNERS. We have won our HEALTH!!! We have won the ability to learn to track calories, exercise and in some cases we have been lucky enough to develop a new habit because of the challenges that we were issued during this event. I know I for one now get my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables when I didn't use to, and water really is my best friend. I wish I could say that I NEVER hit the drive thru, but I can tell you that since starting this challenge I have made MUCH BETTER CHOICES. Subway has become a family favorite...even for me and I HATE sandwiches. Its just as quick and easy as those other fast food places, but it is so much more healthy.

My weight today is 252.6lbs. that means that for this whole challenge I have lost 7.4lbs. I'll take it :) Especially since when my tribe was sent to Exile, I had a hard time getting back on the program... but I have a renewed faith in myself and my abilities to lose weight. I know that I will succeed in this journey... Heck I've lost 2 lbs since Monday when I got back on board (probably all water weight from my gallons of water each day).

Yesterday I did the 'butt buster' hill with a close friend of mine. I have talked myself out of doing that hill numerous times with her... but honestly, it wasn't that bad... I survived... and you why... because I am a survivor :)

Happy Journey everyone!!!Kristinhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09370039794471275243noreply@blogger.com3
